About this app

For users at participating campuses and institutions, eAccounts mobile makes it easy to view account balances, add money and track recent transactions. At select campuses, users can now add their ID card to the eAccounts app to access places like your dorm, the library, and events; or pay for laundry, snacks, and dinners using their Android phone.

I like convenience of being able to check my funds balance. Logging in was a bit wonky. This app worked when I set it up, then rejected my login credentials the next time I tried to use it. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app did not solve the problem. UPDATE: Apparently, the login problem was caused by enabling the biometric option. I suspect some of the problems people are having may be due to the configuration set by their institution.

This app is simply borked on my new up-to-date phone. After putting in my password and verifying with duo, it will show a login error that will not go away. I have cleared the cache and app data and reinstalled many times, but always get the same error. pls help or fix.

If it works the first time you're all set, but if not... impossible to get support, difficult to interpret options, lots of dead ends. I've tried many times and I haven't gotten my ID to work in almost 2 years.
