Based on my personal experience, I find the BDBL app to be the worst of all baking apps. Recently, I have been facing persistent issues with my TPIN not working correctly. Despite successfully changing my TPIN within the app, it continues to fail when I attempt transactions. And then, the toll-free number provided for assistance always seems to be unresponsive. The same with fixed number, unresponsive!!

Dear BDBL, I'm not really happy with your mobile banking services la. How many times does BDBL deduct maintenance fees in a month? Sometimes it shows that the maintenance fee is charged twice in one month. Why like that, la..why la why...? Alright, let's calculate for a year if you keep on deducting Nu.75 twice a month. ohh no! once a year is acceptable la. please, kindly check on it la.

I had no idea that this app got update,after updating can't login with old mpin,have to register again,had to sign up again,not working even after after putting right information.host is not available now,try after sometime coming like this.what could be the reason?
