Great!!! Very user friendly! It will update just as it would at the bank! Easier than keeping up with a physical ledger. Love it! Wish it was a little more visually appealing 😄
Personal banking is horrendous Fees on top of fees with fees charged for fees. Members charged a fee to cash a BoA paycheck, Fees for mobile check deposit, unlike other banks. Terrible staff that could care less where you bank, they still get a paycheck. I get it, if I'm not happy bank somewhere else, as soon as my check clears I'm closing my account and doing just that.
A decent app but definitely leaves a lot to be desired. You still have to visit the website for some things, for instance changing your personal information or viewing a more detailed transaction summary. Also, lately it keeps telling me that it cannot process my request whenever I try to log in and then I have to either go online or call to check something as simple as my account balance, which is extremely frustrating.
I like using the app, but it is WAY too slow. Opening the app takes a while, then initializing a connection is hesitant most of the time, and it usually takes forever to establish a connection. All other apps connect to internet fine. UPDATE: I really can't understand why the app can't establish a connection sometimes, usually late at night, but even now, 6:43AM Central Time before I go to work, I can't establish a connection. There are only 4 branches within a 50 mile radius, whereas competing branches have at least 3 times that many branches and atms, so there is no convenient access to a physical branch. I think I'm ready to change banks.
Not Ready for Prime Time This app does not provide reasonably full service capabilities. You still have to go online for many services.
This is a great system and I feel secure recommended to everyone It is always appropriate don't have complain at all I want the recommended to every of my friend thank-you Regions Bank.
