Regions Bank is a great place to bank! You can use their app to do so many things, i.e., check your balance, check your available balance, pay your credit card bill by using your checking account, pay bills to other companies, check your FICO score... 😊 The staff at the bank are great, i.e., knowledgeable, friendly and they ALL know your name. It's like Cheers without the beers. I can't take credit for the previous sentence, wish I could, a teller told me that! 🫠

Updated 4yrs later: Rating stays the same. The CC balance availability is NEVER accurate. I make a transfer to pay it off, and the app automatically zeros the balance out. But I still can't use the card because it takes days to process the payment. So I never know what the actual usable amount is on my CC. It's a low limit card, and I use it for a lot. I find it safer to use a CC than debit. I need to see the actuals. And I still have trouble with mobile deposits.

The application worked well for years, and now it is frozen in the sign in page. No solution has been given for some time now, which is very inconvenient. Update: I went to the bank, they uninstall/installed app and didn't work because it didnt work with the user name and password saved on the phone. When I actually wrote them. Then the app opened and worked fine. No problems since then.
