when you don't have a lot of money, the take all your money and change the overdraft fees without notification. even if the transaction was refunded, they'll hold the refund so you could pay a fee. they wont allow me to use cash app, PayPal, or one pay anymore. the took my check and paid off another account because they obviously didn't trust me to pay it back while having direct deposit. I've talked to everyone, including management.

Easy to use and reliable. Update- have not been able to open app and log in for 5 days now. Please fix. Update December 21- app was fixed and worked a total of 2 days, then suddenly I can't log in again. It's going to cause bank accounts to bounce cause I can't transfer and deposit. What is going on?!?! I've been a loyal customer for 12 years all our business is with regions....... should I reconsider?

We apologize for the issue you are experiencing. We were able to get the fix version uploaded to the Google Play Store earlier this morning. Can you please download the latest update again and see if that fixes the issue?

The application worked well for years, and now it is frozen in the sign in page. No solution has been given for some time now, which is very inconvenient. Update: I went to the bank, they uninstall/installed app and didn't work because it didnt work with the user name and password saved on the phone. When I actually wrote them. Then the app opened and worked fine. No problems since then.
