All transfers to other accounts inside or outside BDC, including settlement of non-BDC credit cards, require the use of OTP (“One Time Password”) token, in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of Egypt. The OTP token is an independent service that adds a higher level of identification and security and should be requested from BDC, as it is not included in this application.

Can't run this. It complained that I had to switch "Developer Options" Off. Did that. Then it complained that I had a "non default keyboard". I use the Google keyboard on my Samsung coz it's better than Samsung's. So I uninstalled, I'm not going to change the way I use my phone just to use this app. I use 7 other bank apps on my phone (4 UK and 3 Egyptian) without issue. The BDC developers think they're cleverer and more secure. Not using the BDC app at all is very secure, bravo.

Worst bank and worst bank application ever! the app doesn't work and won't log me in and even when I try to change the pw, it won't let me and no one answers the hotline. I can't seem to reach you in any way! Worst experience ever. If there was a zero star option I would have chosen it!

This is really a nightmare.. Suddenly application updates then change user... Which was successfully done... Cannot log in to application.. But you can login in the website...!!!! Then logined successfully on the application... After two days... You cannot log in online or application... To reset password you have to enter all your information since born.. And it is not working... To call the help center... No answer... No other way of communication... These issues should be solved and declared
