Ratings and reviews

The worst system, deserving zero stars, not one. It doesn't work on mobile phones and gives you error 404 even after uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times. It's ineffective on all mobile devices except iPhones and Redmi devices since the new T24 system was launched on July 5, 2026, until now.

This is really a nightmare.. Suddenly application updates then change user... Which was successfully done... Cannot log in to application.. But you can login in the website...!!!! Then logined successfully on the application... After two days... You cannot log in online or application... To reset password you have to enter all your information since born.. And it is not working... To call the help center... No answer... No other way of communication... These issues should be solved and declared

text ratio needs to be fixed. on my screen the text shows all jumbled up and mixed together Also you need to add biometrics like every other banking app it sucks having to enter password and user everything ESPECIALLY with how slow the typing on this app is.
