I got the information about this service in Newspaper. At first, I thought, maybe all people can’t consult with a doctor through this app. But when I found it on Facebook, I saw it’s open for all, and anybody can make an appointment by installing the Sebaghar app from the Google play store. However, the functions of the app are really easy to handle. I didn’t face any problems at all. Although sometimes it was reconnecting while I was in a video call with a doctor, it was my network problem.

Worst app ever. Very disappointing. I took several appointment but they dont even contact with me. They show as available bt not available. WtH

1) Took a video appointment using this app. Then when the doctor called for the said appointment the app kept crashing everytime I tried to answer the call. Finally the doctor had to call over the phone for a "audio" consultation, couldn't even show her the symptoms, had to describe those to her verbally. 2) Called their helpline. The automatic reply kept telling me to hold & somebody will talk to me, I was holding for 15 minutes but nobody answered. The machine kept on telling me to hold.
