I got the information about this service in Newspaper. At first, I thought, maybe all people can’t consult with a doctor through this app. But when I found it on Facebook, I saw it’s open for all, and anybody can make an appointment by installing the Sebaghar app from the Google play store. However, the functions of the app are really easy to handle. I didn’t face any problems at all. Although sometimes it was reconnecting while I was in a video call with a doctor, it was my network problem.

Doctor's aren't available timely. I already paid the fee. It's been an hour doctor isn't showing up. Several times called on their helpline but no one is picking! Ridiculous app. These types of telemedicine app should be fast on response. Not like scumbugs who took money and don't provide service.

Get worst service ever😡😡😡. Took an appointment but after consultation they just give some test, there is no instant initiative. But i need emergency solution thats why i took their service.. On the other hand, when i try to give payment through online banking apps showed it was failed, but that payment amount was deducted from my account. No satisfactory service got. I had an emergency thats why i took their service, but it was disappointing. How could they give this kindda service.. 😡😡
