This app is easy to use. BUT every time I have to turn off my Norton anti-virus protection before I can use the app. All other BEA apps have no such problem. This is really very inconvinent and needs to be rectified otherwise I wont browse the contents unless there is need.（Remark: Having updated this app to the latest version on 7 Oct. now I don't need to turn off my anti-virus app before I can open the app. )

Installed Microsoft Defender to protect my device from malicious apps but how hilarious it is Microsoft Defender became a malicious app according to your bank's unique detection! However, assuming using the same way to detect malicious apps, my device can run BEA Mobile without any problem, is that BEA Mall is much important than BEA Mobile?

Unable to use after latest update. It now tells me there is a security problem... Even though I can still use ebanking, which presumably should require more security...

In this version, we are proud to introduce the Cross-Boundary Reward Redemption Service. With this feature, BEA credit cardholders can redeem their eligible Hong Kong credit card bonus points through the BEA China Points Mall Redemption Platform, following a simple binding and authorisation process. Customers can easily access to a significantly broader selection of rewards without geographical constraint.
