foodAlert is an application that will notify you every time a new product is withdrawn from stores by the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate. By installing foodAlert on your phone, you feel safer and shop without worrying that you will accidentally buy a product that could be dangerous to your health. Install foodAlert and receive sanitary inspection warnings for free.

The application makes it easier to recognize a withdrawn product thanks to complete data such as batch number, expiry date, country of origin or manufacturer's name. Thanks to this, you can easily verify whether a dangerous product is in your basket or home. Each recalled product has a safety indicator that shows whether the hazard is minor or more serious.

In addition, in the application you will find official GIS recommendations that will tell you how to deal with the withdrawn product. You'll find out if you can return it to the store and whether you need a receipt to do so.

You can also view previously recalled products in the app, so you can easily verify your previous purchases and eliminate unsafe foods from your life.
