Im a paying subscriber, and i cant log on, or reset my password, and basically get on to do anything. What was wrong with the way it was. Ive been a member on bears, for about 15 years, im so disappointed Bearswww, seemed to have a certain amount of decorum above that of other websites & Apps. Now it seems that bearswww has gone down the same path and joined the ranks of some of the other more seedy sex apps.

I downloaded the app after seeing an ad and tried to sign up. I got an error message that the app could not connect. I've tried two different emails and none of them worked. I've removed the app immediately. There is no point in having an app that doesn't connect or that I cannot even sign up for.

Sooo, this app was never great. But the new update is the worse yet. While they revamped it with a new cool looking interface, you can no longer view more than 3 of your favorited profiles nor remove favorites without paying for a premium membership. All message history was erased. Including new messages. I'll reevaluate when they fix some of these issues, but as of now I'm hugely dissatisfied and negatively impacted by this, but since I don't pay for it, well ya get what you pay for.
