BeatSeq is a 16-step drum sequencer that runs entirely on your Wear OS watch — no phone required. Program beats directly on your wrist using 9 synthesised drum voices and a built-in microphone sampler. Every sound is generated on-device. No downloads, no sample packs, no cloud.

The companion phone app gives you a full grid editor to program patterns on a larger screen and sync them to your watch over Bluetooth.

──── HOW IT WORKS ────

Swipe left and right to move between drum channels. Tap a step arc to toggle it on or off. Hold a step to open the per-step menu — accent it, set a ratchet, or dial in a trigger probability. Tap the centre disc to tap tempo or stamp a live hit. Hold the centre disc to mute. Swipe up from anywhere to open the quick menu.

The sampler channel (SMPL) records from your watch microphone. Tap the centre disc to record, tap again to stop. Tap the trim pill to shape the sample — set the start and end points, or reverse it. Sequence the result like any other drum channel.
