Recommendation: It will be good if you have an option to visible battery percentage in the smart watch device. If you're using an app that doesn't have a battery percentage option, it can be frustrating and difficult to know how much battery life you have left on your device. This can lead to unexpected shutdowns or running out of battery when you need it most.

Bought it in February and got delivered on 03/04/2023. It took lot of time to deliver the product, I thought everything is working fine. I liked many things in the watch, but from today morning it's behaving weird. Watch is not pairing with Bluetooth, I don't know what is the issue. I see that the firmware and app is upto date. But it's not pairing and showing Anti lost icon, as I updated Antilost toggle on in the Application.

Bought Vega X during March 2023. All this while able to pair watch & phone. All of sudden, this app is not even getting logged in, keeps loading. Even after reinstalling the app, issue still persist. Last week all of sudden some error programming codes started popping up in the app. Kindly look into & find root cause of this issue. People trust your company & buy it....but this kind of experience is not expected.
