Location permissions required solely for Bluetooth connection as required by Android V11+, BedJet does not use nor store your physical location data.

This app has been completely overhauled and built from the ground up with major improvements in all areas thanks to feedback from BedJet owners including; Bluetooth connectivity/pairing, WiFi setup/connection, Biorhythm Settings, Paired Device Management and more.

Smart Remote app for all models of the BedJet climate comfort system (BedJet V1/V2 and BedJet 3) via Bluetooth connection on any Android smart device.

Smart remote app allows full remote control of your BedJet including setup of unit/WiFi connection and access to Biorhythm Sleep Sequence settings and setup. App allows connection/pairing to multiple BedJet units with option to easily switch paired device within app menu.

All BedJets now shipped with completely updated firmware, WiFi connection currently used solely for future firmware updates and is an OPTIONAL step during setup. Simply select "Skip WiFi Setup" on the WiFi setup screen to proceed to the full app experience.

4/5 star product. 2 Star app. The long story. This is a really good product. It's a little in the big side so it might be tough to get it under the bed, this product should come standard with the flat hoses. But other than that. It's a great product. The app on the other hand is so unimaginative, in every way and very slow. Just set up your bedjet makes you take many clicks to get to the right menu. Maybe a widget to auto input BOTH sides with one click instead of the 20 clicks you need now

There needs to be a way to skip steps. fix connection issue when making new profile (loses connection after 5s, boots me when trying to save). Add a way to schedule biorhythm by day of the week and time to auto start. Needs a way to clone profiles, need a way to choose a slot to save into instead of randomly saving into a slot(its impossible to create a profile in a new slot based on a previous profile). This app needs work, for a $1000 machine, this app should have been flawless day 1.

I love my Bedjet but what an awful app. It works fine when it connects but the problem is connecting to the Bedjet itself. The issue was so bad, I sideloaded `Bedjet Legacy V2 1.997` and had no problems for years. I recently upgraded my phone and couldn't install the legacy app. This one constantly states that it's unable to connect or it states a successful connection but I'm unable to interact with the remote. Will continue to look for ways to not use this app.

Update allows initial new device setup of BedJet 3 without physical remote needed. Factory Reset option now present in app menu.
