Useless, Can't even add trips Latest Update did not fix anything. Whenever I try to add my booking, it responds "We are unable to connect to the WestJet service at this time." I am connected to the internet.
The last two revisions were a step backwards. In previous versions all of my flights booked online at your website showed up in my future flights list. Recently, I booked 10 flights online and not a one has made its way into this app. I shouldn't have to use the + sign to enter each leg manually. The strange part is that all of these flights show up in my tripcase calendar. Maybe you should download the flights from their database.
Needs some work Seems like a nice appreciate, but (as of 07 Aug 2016) it will not play movies on my phone. And now that WestJet wants us to bring our own devices to play movies, they should probably make sure the setback chargers work (both of the ones near my seat didn't work). I read in a different review that the App doesn't support CyanogenMod devices. Better get on fixing that, as that is what everyone is going to nowadays. I'm using CM13.1 on a S5.
Don't waste your time This app is frustrating and cost you way more time than it is worth. You can't even check in with it it redirects you to the website and I have tried 5 times now to get my boarding pass and it's still not working
My apologies for using the comments to report issues but I'm not sure where else to do it... TL;DR: Cannot add trips; feedback / error reporting is poor I get the message "cannot connect to the WestJet service" when I attempt to add trips. When I try to add the trips through the mobile check-in / mobile web site I get the message "your transaction has timed out" (or something to that effect). I got the same "cannot connect" message when I attempted to report the error through the app.
Prices in the app does not match that on the website After picking out the destination and dates for a certain price, you are redirected to their website. :( Then you asked to pick a time for the departure (same price as quoted by the app) but when you are asked to pick you to return trip time the prices are higher than the price you were giving in the app. Also if you pick a different date with a lower price, the price changes again when selecting a time. This is bullshit!!!!
