Bees360's iBees offers homeowners an intuitive workflow to capture property interior photos in efforts to meet insurance carrier's underwriting requirements. This simple tool automatically documents important objects and findings for homeowners without the necessity for an insurance carrier to schedule an in-person visit.

The application works well but it's the purpose of the application that has serious flaws. It asks the owner to do most all of the work and it's very time-consuming and requires going outside and in the attic and potentially underneath the house. Unacceptable for users with health issues and they say it's not possible to send an inspector out once the case has been opened.

useful for DIY home inspection. user interface is easy to figure out, it walks you through the process. My only complaint is that the camera restricts the field of view, making it difficult to take pictures of tall objects like water heaters.

please provide guidance what a client should take if they don't have pets,fireplace,etc. once I called Swfft and Priotity insurance, they informed me to take a picture of a note stating, NO PET, etc without knowing to do this, the app didn't allow me to click on review. other than that, the app provides great guidance. respectfully submitted, Paula Young daughter-in-law of Rosetta Young
