Good app with nice design, but there is a serious issue with incoming calls. Calls only appear when the app is open. When the app is in background or the phone is locked, incoming calls do not show up at all. All permissions, notifications, and battery settings are enabled, but the problem still exists. This is a major bug and makes the app unreliable. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.”

Poor experience with this app. The services are very disappointing and unreliable. I completed a recharge but it still hasn’t been added to my account. Even after contacting customer service several times and sending an email, I did not receive any effective help. The support system is slow and unresponsive. Expected much better service

First of all the app does not work properly. Sometimes it's unable to call or dial. Only outgoing calls work. Incoming don't work properly, other users can't call. 2nd, link3 network used to be premium, but now their service is very bad compared to other operators. And overpriced.
