Poor experience with this app. The services are very disappointing and unreliable. I completed a recharge but it still hasn’t been added to my account. Even after contacting customer service several times and sending an email, I did not receive any effective help. The support system is slow and unresponsive. Expected much better service

Very poor app experience. Background calling does not work at all. When someone calls, it shows the phone as switched off. SMS is not working, and sometimes calls get declined automatically. Too many bugs. Not reliable and not recommended.

First of all the app does not work properly. Sometimes it's unable to call or dial. Only outgoing calls work. Incoming don't work properly, other users can't call. 2nd, link3 network used to be premium, but now their service is very bad compared to other operators. And overpriced.
