First of all the app does not work properly. Sometimes it's unable to call or dial. Only outgoing calls work. Incoming don't work properly, other users can't call. 2nd, link3 network used to be premium, but now their service is very bad compared to other operators. And overpriced.

Looks like that an incompetent team has developed this app. They did not refund my previous balance to new app where I have registered with same mobile number. App doesn't use proximity sensor. That's why, the display light remaining on during a active call. Service operation team is also one of the worst one.

Call connection issue, call quality issue, call dropping issue, this service is full of various problems. Even, BTCL Alap is better than it. Just one positive thing about is: the cheapest call rate. If you need Premium service, then go for other service providers.
