Good app with nice design, but there is a serious issue with incoming calls. Calls only appear when the app is open. When the app is in background or the phone is locked, incoming calls do not show up at all. All permissions, notifications, and battery settings are enabled, but the problem still exists. This is a major bug and makes the app unreliable. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.”

Hello Dial App Support Team, I am experiencing a problem with the Dial App. When the app is running, incoming calls work normally. However, when I exit the app or leave it running in the background, incoming calls often do not ring or show notifications properly. Because of this, I miss important calls. I have already tried many solutions, including: Disabling battery optimization Allowing all permissions Enabling background activity Testing on multiple Android devices The issue still exists on

App call quality service is good. But OTP SMS issue is so bad. But but... Now it is 18th June 2026 I got the same issue last month. and it was the beta version issue. After a long time of complaining about the dial app finally one of their customer support team members called me and over the phone he helped me how to fix the issue. My last bad experience was in November 2024.
