There are still soo many bugs in the app, for some reason i can't log in to my account even though it works in the web and i was able to log in before but after the new update i can't anymore. Everytime i try to log in, its say there's an error also when i try to get in through forget password nothing happens. This app is far from finished.

I asked for a new connection and paid. after payment they started ignoring me and after 12 times calling they gave me connection after 9 days. New connection stopped working after 1 hour called 6 times for support they keep saying engineer will call back they they still dint. Dont be me, look for reviews and select other ISP. Honest suggestion: Carnival imternet my previous isp has excellent service but is bad for gaming. If you dont game heavily Carnival is your best bet.

Poor customer care service. They dont have the time listening you. Do they have a target or something that how many people you served daily??? Also, I've created a ticket at 3.00pm, but no response in next 3 hours. When I called a local guy of this area just before 6:00pm, he said why I didn’t called him few hours before, he was in my area. Now they left my area before 20/30 minutes and cannot work for today. fun!
