worked fine with no problems until all the sudden this week. now it's shut me out and even though I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it several times, shut my phone on and off. tried to log on with my credentials and with a one-time code. nothing seems to work. I'm not the only coworker who's having this exact same problem and HR can't fix it. Jesus...

This app has so many bugs. It's evident that it's not finished every tab I open there's a parsing error and long load times. At times it won't let you login even with the correct details. I've been logged out because it failed to authenticate the parse, whatever that means. I would also an option to see what our regular pay in the way ADP does.

Why am I suddenly not able to login? Update 02/27/23 - still not able to login and see my hours, says it's due to too many incorrect attempts- but that's not true. ID and Password has been the same for months and all of a sudden it locks me out and says that the password is incorrect. Still waiting for the developer to correct this issue, instead of saying to just go to HR :))

This was due to your account being locked. When your account locks (3 invalid attempts), the mobile app just states invalid login. We will have an update shortly that will provide a better message stating your account is locked out. Your HR can unlock your account. Please ask them to do so.
