Not what I expect from a belkin product. purchases the soundform flow product, wanted to go in to the app and adjust the base and EQ as advertised on the box. go to select my soundform flows, only to find an endless loop of "Firmware update required" after attempting to update I'm met with "All is up to date" shame as I can't even touch what's advertised on the box with the application. talk about a fall from grace. can see 1 star is the standard for belkin now.

it's useless until it's updated to work with your products. I love your earbuds, I think more people should know of them, but I bet I could love them even more if I could connect to the equalizer they are designed to work with. the app keeps telling me its firmware needs updated but the update page tells me it's up to date.

Trying to use the app, like it says to, to verify firmware with the soundform elite speaker. Doesn't work, doesn't even detect it. Speaker has started randomly disconnecting from wifi. What an absolute failure of an app and company.
