About this app

Every set has a next number, and the app tells you why.

Trackers show what you lifted last time and leave the decision to you. Class apps play a video and never ask what you did. Overload puts today's number on the set row before you start, 60 kg x 8, asks one question when the exercise ends, and writes the next number in front of you with the reason attached.

ONE TAP AFTER THE EXERCISE
Easy, Right, Hard or Failed. That single tap moves the next session. Easy twice adds a step. Right holds until you reach the top of the rep range. Hard holds. Failed takes a step back, and two failed sets in the same movement pattern drop everything in that pattern by 10 percent for two weeks. Every change arrives as a sentence with a number in it: "+2.5 kg next time. You hit 8, 8, 9 and called it Easy twice."

A CYCLE WITH A NAME
Thirteen weeks: On-ramp, Build, Push, Deload. The phase bar on the Plan tab shows which week you are in and what the phase is there for. Tap any day to read what changed and why. Nothing is hidden behind a score.

CONSERVATIVE ON PURPOSE
One step up per exercise per session. Never above 1.15 times your best logged set. A deload at least every eight weeks, which you cannot skip past. And pain always wins: mark a joint that hurts and that pattern leaves the plan until you clear it, with the load around it lowered.

60 EXERCISES WITH START AND END FRAMES
Squat, hinge, push, pull, core, carry and mobility. Each one has its two frames, three cue lines, the muscles it works and its progression path. Replace any exercise and say why: no equipment, too easy, too hard, it hurts, don't like it. The replacement keeps the pattern, and the engine knows what you changed.

THE REST TIMER RUNS IN YOUR NOTIFICATIONS
The countdown sits in an ongoing notification with the next set's number on it. Skip it or add 15 seconds without opening the app. There is a plate calculator under the keypad.

SAY IT
Type or dictate "25 minutes, dumbbells only" or "skip legs, knee hurts" and today's session rewrites itself, with the reason. It runs on your device, in all fifteen languages, free.

FREE, WITH THE WHOLE MECHANIC IN IT
Ten exercises to explore, and one exercise every day that runs the full engine: today's number, the feedback tap, the reason, and the carry-over into next time. Plus the rest timer, the plate calculator, replace-with-a-reason, the home screen widget, three months of graphs and JSON export. Logging is never paywalled and your history is never locked.

Overload Pro is one payment, not a subscription: full sessions instead of one set a day, all thirteen weeks and the weekly rewrite, the other 50 exercises, unlimited history and graphs, the plan widget, the body map and measurements.

NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS, NO SERVER
Nothing to sign up for. Your training log is a database on your phone and stays there. Export it to JSON whenever you want. Overload works in airplane mode. Anonymous usage and crash reports are sent so the app can be fixed and improved; they never carry loads, exercise names or notes.

FIFTEEN LANGUAGES
English, Hebrew, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish and Chinese, with kilograms or pounds taken from your region.

Overload is a training log and planner, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before you start training, and stop if something hurts.
