Ratings and reviews

It has a lot of bugs. For example after paying tip by scan, the app doesn't register it and the 10 minute countdown keeps counting down. When you press refresh, it says "payment made or not registered" (what does that even mean?). There is a note that if the payment is not registered then contact the admin. When you press the contact admin button, no reaction from the app, nothing opens. 😖 Please note, this is a review of the app and not a review of the BeNeat cleaners who are excellent.

Excellent app for booking cleaning service. Very simple to use and it is all there in one app including making payment. Just book a service type and time slot, and the app will find a provider for you. Alternatively, you can also see reviews and info of available providers and specifically book them as well.
