Ratings and reviews

It has a lot of bugs. For example after paying tip by scan, the app doesn't register it and the 10 minute countdown keeps counting down. When you press refresh, it says "payment made or not registered" (what does that even mean?). There is a note that if the payment is not registered then contact the admin. When you press the contact admin button, no reaction from the app, nothing opens. 😖 Please note, this is a review of the app and not a review of the BeNeat cleaners who are excellent.

This could be a great app, but the booking process doesn't make any sense at all and is ridiculously complicated. You have to pay for the cleaning service before the provider have even confirmed if they are available. So there's a good chance that you will try to book a specific provider and time and pay and then only afterwards they will tell you that the service and time you wanted to book is not actually available. So then you have to go through the trouble of getting the money transferred back to you or keep trying until you find someone else who might be available. Alternatively, the only way to actually find out if a cleaner is available before you pay is to message the BeNeat admin on Line and then they will check manually if the person is available, but this is a very slow process and it doesn't make any sense that you have to message them outside of the app to book a service you should just be able to book easily in the app.

Very user friendly, so easy to book, and the service that I've gotten from it has been wonderful.
