Ratings and reviews

My phone is an S24+. I'm not sure if this is only for me, but the top and bottom banners in the app cause me to miss key information that I can only partially see. It does not allow me to scroll up to see this information which makes it very frustrating to try to use. That's saying something as I do not normally find difficulty in using apps.

Update: within minutes of posting a frustrated 1 star review, I received a phone call from kirsten. She listened to my concerns to solve my concerns. Apparently it was a company wide issue. Kirsten went above and beyond to fix this for several hundred people.

I'm forced to use this service if I call out for work. Missed one day of work in 13 months due to a headache and lack of sleep. Long process to get a verbal approval and promised a note to return to work will be emailed. CANNOT get the note and NO ONE KNOWS WHY. I've contacted them twice via phone, which they have to call you back each time and once through chat. Your system isn't convenient.
