Horrible app. Sometimes it prompts for biometric login, sometimes not. Sometimes it tells me I have to update the app, but the link it provides takes me to a different app. Sometimes it asks me for the last 4 digits of my SSN before I can login, but then it doesn't log me in anyway. This is where I'm at right now - this app is currently, literally, unusable. (updated app via Play store on Jan 13, 2021).

Edit 11/23/20: There are too many different ways to request reimbursement and upload receipts. Options might be a good thing, but for an app like this, there should be one big button for the most common type of reimbursement: 1) reimbursement button, 2) take picture of receipt. Anything else is just complicating what should be an easy process. K.I.S.S. Pushing reimbursement money to a debit card is nasty. Please make an option for auto-bank account transfer in settings.

The app is useless, it directs you to Basics website for almost everything you have to do. The website is not meant for use on cell phones so its impossible to accomplish anything. Very frustrating experience. New customer to the HSA and so far am thoroughly disappointed in customer service, app and the enrollment literature that they send you with your HSA card. Beware it has been over 1 month and I still cannot access my HSA funds and no one in customer support is able to help.
