About this game

Berlin Subway Simulator puts you in the driver's cab of the U-Bahn and S-Bahn — a metro and train simulator built on the real Berlin network, not an invented city.

Drive 25 real Berlin lines: 9 U-Bahn lines, 14 S-Bahn lines and 2 ring lines. The routes are derived from OpenStreetMap data, so every curve and junction follows the network that is actually there.

IN THE CAB
Work the throttle and brake lever, sound the horn, open and close the doors, pull the emergency brake, and run the windscreen wipers as the weather changes around you. German station announcements call out every stop by its real name.

STATION STOPS AND RATINGS
Every stop is scored on three things: how precisely you bring the train to a stand at the platform, how many passengers board and alight, and your punctuality against a par time set by the distance from the last station. One to three stars per stop, and a full trip rating when you reach the terminus.

PASSENGERS
People wait on the platform, board, ride and alight. Trains fill up. Slam the doors early and the ones you left behind count against your rating.

THE NETWORK
U1, U2, U3, U4, U5, U6, U7, U8, U9, S1, S2, S3, S5, S7, S8, S9, S15, S25, S26, S41, S42, S46, S47, S75, S85

PROGRESSION
Lines unlock in a ladder, shortest first — finish one to open the next. There are 69 stars to collect across the network. The two ring lines are endless free-roam routes with no scoring pressure.

BUILT FOR PHONES
Portrait, one-handed, in English or German — switch language at any time in settings.

Single player. No multiplayer, no route editor.

This is an independent, unofficial simulation game, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any transport operator or public authority. Track geometry is derived from OpenStreetMap data under the Open Database Licence (ODbL); station names and layouts are provided for simulation purposes and may not perfectly match the real network.

Take the controls and drive Berlin's rails. Start on the U4, the shortest line in the city, and work your way out across the network.
Drive the Berlin U-Bahn and S-Bahn: real lines, real stations, real timetable.
