I used to really like Best Deal, but recently I've noticed that many drivers are unwilling to work and some are quite unprofessional. While there are a few who are very professional, there are times when drivers cancel rides without notifying me. Improvements are definitely needed.

App is not accurate. Wait times are bad. If it says 6 mins expect 10+. Some drivers are good but there are plenty that are pieces of Sh**. Always on the phone or running their mouth. This service is declining more than ever.

Takes too long to get a driver by app or phone. The only good thing is the pricrs. But i rather pay like 3 dollars more to get quick on time taxi's. I can flag done a taxi faster then actually getting a taxi on the app or getting a representative on the phone
