"Bestway Connect" Puts control into the palm of your hand. The app allows you to adjust the temperature and massage bubbles, run the filtration system, and set a heating or filtration timer from where ever you are.

Functional, works for me. The only thing I noticed is that I was trying to figure out the two levels of message bubbles that this hot tub says it can do, and I can't figure it out. But all in all the hottub is a amazing without the app, I really see no use for the app except on occasions we are on vacation and turn it off for a week, then start it up before we come home so it nice and ready to go.

Great for remote control! Although, there's an issue with connecting to your account after the update, I found it easy after changing my region and clearing the cache. Both are under profile (lower right), cache is in settings and region is in your personal info. *That is probably why your account isn't connecting! The default is set to Shanghai and the device won't sync until you update it. Also the timer is much easier to understand and set now. Thanks for continuing to improve!

when we first started using it. then one day it disconnected and I'm unable to get it reconnected. it tells me that the password is wrong however I have quadruple checked and the password is correct. I tried to email the company through the app and continuously get the message that the email will not send. the Spa is great. the app is horrible which is really a bummer because I can only control of manually from the base now. and I seem unable to get in touch with the company for help.
