Great for remote control! Although, there's an issue with connecting to your account after the update, I found it easy after changing my region and clearing the cache. Both are under profile (lower right), cache is in settings and region is in your personal info. *That is probably why your account isn't connecting! The default is set to Shanghai and the device won't sync until you update it. Also the timer is much easier to understand and set now. Thanks for continuing to improve!

Functional, works for me. The only thing I noticed is that I was trying to figure out the two levels of message bubbles that this hot tub says it can do, and I can't figure it out. But all in all the hottub is a amazing without the app, I really see no use for the app except on occasions we are on vacation and turn it off for a week, then start it up before we come home so it nice and ready to go.

December 2025: endless error 2 even if filter changed, water level is fine, etc. Definitely refunding it to Costco. Also app stopped working. October 2025: Apps make the Spa cease function when I starts the bubbles, thinking it's overflowing. September 2025: New upgrade makes the engine stop at "Device Error 002" at least once everyday 2 days. Even if the filter is fine, the water level, etc. Avril 2025: blocked at User Account Binding Failed.
