Activity and sleep tracking - using Apple Health Kit, BetterYou picks up your steps automatically and can share information with you about sleep duration and quality.
Stay in touch - BetterYou can sync with your contacts and allow you to prioritize your “top people” you want to stay connected to. You can set a goal to call a specific friend or family member more.
Visualize your progress- see your percentage completion for each goal and see specific tips for improvement visually over time.
Places goals - set a goal to get out of the house more by adding social, education and mindfulness places (restaurant, classroom, yoga studio).
Personalized recommendations - BetterYou learns your habits and is able to give you a personalized nudge when you’re off track, keeping you working toward your goals.
