I think it is pretty fairly easy to use. I do have a complaint though: I think it is a bit unnecessary to have the delivery minimum spent be $25, to qualify for delivery. Having a $5 fee or so, plus a few dollars more for the charges on the order, is too much. To be fair, it isn't only Beyond Menu that does this sort of thing, it's also like DoorDash or Dominoes. But, I think a tip fee should count as the delivery fee, in my opinion.

Great App for delivery.Beyond Menu has been a solid go-to for me, especially when I’m traveling or in a new area. The fact that it works in multiple states makes it super convenient—you don’t have to relearn a new app every time you go somewhere. It’s easy to use, and I love how it helps you find good food spots when you’re not familiar with the area. Definitely a reliable option when you just want something quick, simple, and stress-free.

Garbage app. Garbage support. After previous good experiences with this app I tried to place an order and got repeated, generic "failed" responses with no information about what was wrong. Ended up calling in my order and there was no problem with the restaurant, order or card. When I reported the problem, I got "It works for us" and was asked for screenshots, which I provided and were ignored.
