Ratings and reviews

The app needs improvement like increasing the limit through the app. When I called their call center, they said send an email. When I emailed their team, they said visit BFC branch. Its odd because thought the app would give you convenience. Apparently, the end to end service is not yet fully digital. Still requires a lot of paper work.

Wasted my time, registration process is time consuming as not accurate in reading CPR. 24 hours waiting time, then when trying to remit, had "failed error" and BFC Whatsapp team don't respond after an hour..... Bad experience overall.... application deleted!

One of the best, easiest, fastest and safest app for send money to your family.
