Very disappointing experience. I cannot add money, access my wallet, or sometimes even log in. Errors like “Something went wrong,” “Can’t connect to service,” and 429 request failures appear frequently. While traveling in KSA, I am stuck without local currency, as I trusted this app. Customer support is slow, giving only generic replies without solutions. The app is unreliable and untrustworthy, especially in urgent situations. Please fix these issues urgently.

The app needs improvement like increasing the limit through the app. When I called their call center, they said send an email. When I emailed their team, they said visit BFC branch. Its odd because thought the app would give you convenience. Apparently, the end to end service is not yet fully digital. Still requires a lot of paper work.

I have used this app for almost 1.5years. It used to work well, but now international transfers are very unreliable. Money gets deducted, then the next day they say the transfer failed and repeatedly ask for the recipient’s ID, date of birth, and phone number. Sometimes they don’t even notify about failed transfers. Too many system errors and poor support. Very disappointing experience.
