About this app

With this app, you can easily adjust the temperature setpoint and light intensity in the room you are in from the convenience of your smartphone or tablet. And in some rooms even open and close the blinds and change the ventilation rate, provided that these features are enabled.

Our app uses Bluetooth® technology to scan for nearby iBeacon signals, which are broadcasted by multi sensors installed in a high-density grid in your building. By using the iBeacon signals, the Room Control app can provide you with an accurate and location-aware experience, without requiring you to sign in. This, plus the unidirectional broadcasting of the iBeacon signals allows you to control the lighting, temperature, blinds and ventilation in specific rooms or areas of your building without compromising your privacy.
