horrible devices and app: 1) extremely expensive for broken functionality and battery life, 2) connectivity is ONLY via the main antenna - thermostats do not create a mesh so your radiators will be out of range, 3) third party integration, while advertised, breaks every couple of months because of token expirations. none of these issues have solutions, aside from "upgrade to our new products for €500". Save yourself and buy any alternative for half the price.

Missing tons of features. From one hand the equipment is limited to 25 degrees. You can't also set the limits by the physical thermostat to a certain range (e.g. I have guests and I don't want them to set the heating to over 22 degrees). The analysis is so basic and the reading is often not precise. For such expensive hardware, I expect a better software.

App and online has stopped working, it opens eventually but then just pulses blank boxes at me until my Pixel 6 pro decides it isn't responding. I can control heating from Google Home so definitely a problem with the app. The app is up to date. I've downloaded the app several times - the last time it actually logged in after about 10 mins of the circling wait symbol. I went to open it again....just blank pulsing boxes. I've put one star in an attempt to get someone to do something about this.
