Processing fees: 0% to 2%

Loan Amount: Rs. 1,00,000
Tenure: 6 months
Interest Rate (APR): 24% per year
Repayment Amount: Rs. 1,12,000
Total Interest Payable: Rs. 100,000 x 24%/12*6 (6 months) = Rs. 12,000
Processing Fees (incl. GST): Rs. 2,000
Disbursed Amount: Rs. 100,000 (Loan Amount) - Rs. 2,000 (Processing Fees) = Rs. 98,000
Total Amount Payable: Rs. 1,12,000 (EDI of 722)
Total Cost of the Loan: Interest Amount + Processing Fees = Rs. 12,000 + Rs. 2,000 = Rs. 14,000

An agent from called me and said that the swipe machine is being recharged for 99 taka and seven days of free trial and I was told that it has a notification sound, I agreed and took the sound box but after I took it I saw that there is no notification option and then when I tried to return it, 11 rupees and 53 rupees were deducted from my Bharatpay account once. But I was told, it is free for seven days, I want this money back.

It is worst app I have used. my money 40000 was blocked by bharatpe how many times I have submitted documents but also not released my money. don't use this app for merchants. I have a question for small merchants they don't use recipes for payments and they don't register shop licence and GST registration. This bharatpe is doing froud by holding money from merchants and give money as loans to other merchants.

Very disappointing experience. I completed my KYC but the app keeps showing “KYC in Process” for a long time with no update. There is no clear timeline and customer support is not helpful. Because of this I cannot use the service properly. Please fix the KYC verification system and improve support. Not recommended until this issue is resolved.
