The app freezes constantly and when it's not freezing it kicks me out entirely. I have to completely dismiss the app to use my fingerprint to get back in. If I try to download a PDF, I only get a black screen. the size of the app interferes with the status bar at the top and the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen forcing me to go from profile to landscape to access menu items within the app or navigate it. I can receive messages within the inbox but cannot send any. I'm sure there's more

this app really sucks, I've been stuck on my birthday, and i put my birthday and can't go back and pass. doent accept my birthday, and i can't advance. It is so annoying .if i am the owner of the app, i won't put it on the platform. If i am not 100% sure this app works ,why advised us to get the app if it's this bad ,i mean, there is not 1. good review that says something good about it, please. It's been months now ,get to it, make it work or ,trashed the app.yikes.

I cannot even create an account I try putting in my email address error with that instead of try to put in a username even an error with that. I should have read the reviews first. this apps needs a lot of work.
