The app freezes constantly and when it's not freezing it kicks me out entirely. I have to completely dismiss the app to use my fingerprint to get back in. If I try to download a PDF, I only get a black screen. the size of the app interferes with the status bar at the top and the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen forcing me to go from profile to landscape to access menu items within the app or navigate it. I can receive messages within the inbox but cannot send any. I'm sure there's more

this app is pretty terrible. when trying to look at my claims it auto refreshes and then shows NO claims. also trying to input month and year to filter claims it always resets to 2021. I didn't even have this insurance in 2021. sometimes the app doesn't load at all. at least the website works better I guess. still a pain though.

Terrible app. Every time I try and login in sends me a 2 factor authentication code and it forces me to answer security questions then change my password. After that when I login with the new password the above process starts again.
