It will be better if you could make even shaved images or screenshot of the QR code can be scanned, because so many people doesn't own 2 phone or laptops.

Doesn't work properly... No use. Using this app is too complicated and requires multiple devices to use it. An app should be simple and easy to use. An being able to run on our smartphone.

The initiative taken to make these services available online is awesome, especially for those who are abroad. So thank you. The app is way better then most apps made availabe by rgob. However, as far as the usability of the app goes. It needs some work. The directions to use certain services, 'birth registration' for example, the step by step process needs an update because the tabs its asking us to click doesnt exist, which makes it confusing. I wasn't able to apply for a security clearance too
