My App was doing normally. Then an update appeared. I updated my App. Since the. my App is giving me a screen with Alert message that you have screen sharing or remote access App in your phone. I checked my phone and there is no such app on my phone.. For the last three days, I cannot access my account.. I was thinking why these banks are making problems for the customer. I have an App for a foreign bank on my Phone. I never ever got any problems.

Extremely pathetic service & pathetic customer care. Not at all recommended Bank. I don't have any service enabled that shares my screen, yet the app says the session paused becz of screen sharing. I called the helpline 3/4 times in 4hours, recharged balance twice. They disconnect the call listening to half the problem. After a struggle, my complaint was finally registered & they said it will take 7days. What the hell does a regular user do for 7days? I am writing to the State Bank Portal now.

They update the app without comprehending the repercussions. Got stuck. Can't login. Can't make transfers. Just because of some insane newly added security feature. I won't rate it even a single star if there had been an option of zero or minus stars.
