Ratings and reviews

The app works fine for basic use, but there is a major limitation: we can’t view or download account statements older than 3 months. For income tax return filing, we need the complete yearly statement (July–June), but the app does not provide this option. This is a very important feature that every bank app should have. Please urgently add the option to download a full-year statement directly from the app, so customers don’t face difficulty during tax season.

Pathetic!! this app app is getting worse after each update and most of the time in maintenance mode. These down times put customers in bad positions, delay the transactions cause problems. Now introducing new FPIN, trying to setup, but not Receiving OTP SMS. Worst banking app. The last option, close account in this bank.

Existing customers need to sign up again and do some kind of thumb verification, which doesn't work at all. Forgot password sends an OTP instead of sending a link directly Edit (8/1/2025) - I tried getting OTP now and it sends after 3 4 minutes when you enter the OTP, it says its expired :)
