terrible experience, I mistakenly entered wrong password for one time and they blocked my account. I tried several times to login but account is blocked. No solution, like OTP, pin or email or SMS. whenever tried to login get pop-up your account is blocked. I tried to get help by their helpline, after long wait, call ended without connecting agent saying " we have some technical problems" such a pathetic bank service, will not recommend anyone

I really appreciate BankIslami and its services. However, I would like to suggest one improvement. Please add an option to re-download the payment receipt after a transaction. Sometimes we need to provide proof that we have sent a payment, but there is no option to download the receipt again or view it later. Adding this feature would be very helpful and convenient for all users. Thank you.

My App was doing normally. Then an update appeared. I updated my App. Since the. my App is giving me a screen with Alert message that you have screen sharing or remote access App in your phone. I checked my phone and there is no such app on my phone.. For the last three days, I cannot access my account.. I was thinking why these banks are making problems for the customer. I have an App for a foreign bank on my Phone. I never ever got any problems. i contacted customer service. That was pathetic
