Very poor banking experience. While making an online transaction, the app showed “RJCT” (Rejected) in red twice, so I assumed the transaction had failed. Later I found that the amount was still deducted from my account. I lodged a complaint, but the response was unclear and I was told after three days that the rejected transaction actually went through. Extremely user unfriendly. Not able to operate unless phone is pin or finger print protected which is a hassle. frequent downtimes, crashes and 'unable to process your request right now'

Alert! 🚨 Very Bad service and low quality online offline services also. They updated their app 5 days in one week. Also notification receives app update maintenance and maintenance.
