Ratings and reviews

The app works fine for basic use, but there is a major limitation: we can’t view or download account statements older than 3 months. For income tax return filing, we need the complete yearly statement (July–June), but the app does not provide this option. This is a very important feature that every bank app should have. Please urgently add the option to download a full-year statement directly from the app, so customers don’t face difficulty during tax season.

Very poor banking experience. While making an online transaction, the app showed “RJCT” (Rejected) in red twice, so I assumed the transaction had failed. Later I found that the amount was still deducted from my account. I lodged a complaint, but the response was unclear and I was told after three days that the rejected transaction actually went through. This kind of poor system reliability and complaint handling is unacceptable. Hope he who reads it... changes his bank as early as possibl

The app does not work at all, the UI is pretty bad and it won't let me login, even tried reinstalling. The app is very inconsistent and I can't access it though the website either, it also seems to be down.
