Ratings and reviews

The app works fine for basic use, but there is a major limitation: we can’t view or download account statements older than 3 months. For income tax return filing, we need the complete yearly statement (July–June), but the app does not provide this option. This is a very important feature that every bank app should have. Please urgently add the option to download a full-year statement directly from the app, so customers don’t face difficulty during tax season.

The app does not work at all, the UI is pretty bad and it won't let me login, even tried reinstalling. The app is very inconsistent and I can't access it though the website either, it also seems to be down.

Having really really bad experience using this app,I want to transfer amount on urgent basis and from the past 1 hour I am trying to login but i can't login due to system error, what is the use of mobile banking app if you can't use it in emergency basis.. This problem is happening since Friday.. 😡😡 I have corporate account in your PIDC branch Karachi,kindly resolve this issue ASAP .
