The BIAS module reads the four longings you reach for: Belonging, Importance, Agency, and Security. It takes about sixteen to eighteen minutes and asks you about your current patterns under different conditions. When you finish the BIAS side, you receive a BIAS reading and you can stop there or continue.

The ARCH module reads the four ways you receive trust from others: Heart, Abilities, Counsel, and Regularity. It takes about eight to ten minutes. When you finish the ARCH side, you receive an ARCH reading that you can see alongside your BIAS reading.
