About this app

BiWell, developed by Milano Bicocca University, is an app built on research knowledge, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion principles to help workers, especially those who struggle with high-stress levels, negative emotions, work-related unwellness and difficulties coping with their work-life. But it's not a simple app. It's a tool that will guide you through a personalized journey to discover your needs, emotions, and reactions and teach you how to improve and broaden your resources.
But how does it work? First, you can express your emotional status and reflect on it through the daily questionnaire. With this data, the app can assign an efficient self-help exercise accordingly. Choose the preferred mode: text, audio or video and complete it. Then think about it: “Is it helpful? How is it helping me? There's something that I don't like about it?” And so on… rate the exercise and write your thoughts and feelings in the logbook to keep track of your progress.
You can also personalize the app, changing the background color and selecting the time for the reminder notification… making it your safe place to externalize and manifest your emotional status and thoughts without being judged. Rediscover comfort and wellness with BiWell.
