The app is glitchy. Sometimes impossible to log in. slow to recognize when bikes in the station are available. It is also way too expensive. For example, advertises $15 for unlimited rides in a day, but you'll pay three times that thanks to other fees. Charges higher fees for ebikes when those are basically the only bikes available.

Low score is for the service itself, the app works fine. Idego charges too much for their service. In addition, stations often only have ebikes available where there's an additional cost. What's worse is they know, their "recommendation" is to take the ebike to another station, so you still have to pay. They're not going to change because they have no reason to. If you're in Philadelphia, just take the bus or subway, or ride your own bike.

The bikes list in the app doesnt match the reality way too often. This is less important when a station got a kiosk terminal, cause those always work fine, but when there is no kiosk, and the app offers you to unlock #5, 6 and 8, but the only bikes actually available are 7 and 9, it really sucks big times. And before you ask, yes, i did double check it tries to list the correct station, by manually tapping on it.
