About this app

Brevetron is the rider app of the Bicyclotron Brevet Suite — built for randonneurs riding 200 to 1200 km brevets in India and around the world.

RIDE THE ROUTE, NOT YOUR PHONE
• Download the official route and control points before the start and navigate fully offline
• Big, glanceable ride screen: distance to next control, closing time, current speed and time in hand
• Off-route warning that tells you which way to regain the brevet line — no re-routing, no shortcuts
• Turn-by-turn cues from the organiser's route with day and night themes

CONTROL POINTS DONE RIGHT
• See every control with its opening and closing time, computed from the official brevet rules
• Check in with a QR scan or a time- and place-stamped selfie, even without signal — it syncs later
• Digital brevet card you can share when you finish

STAY SAFE, STAY SEEN
• Live tracking shares your position with the event organiser so support can find you
• One-tap SOS sends your location to your emergency contact and the organiser
• Battery-aware GPS profiles for rides that last through the night

Brevetron works with events published by organisers on Bicyclotron Control Points. Accounts are approved by your organiser or club — sign up in the app and we will confirm your entry.

Location note: Brevetron records your GPS position in the background only while a ride is in progress, so tracking continues with the phone in a pocket over a 12–90 hour brevet. It stops the moment you finish or abandon the ride. See https://bicyclotron.com/privacy.html.
