Unfortunately picked an Item that was defective despite the fact was posted as new/like new. Travel from Columbus to Cincinnati, items was wrapped like they didnt want you open it and they expect you inspect that before leaving the building at simple view the items was fine but at the time to fully open its was broken. Definitely a poor Quality control on their end. I wouldn't recommend this at all. the services sucks big time.

I love the option to get good deals. I do find the notification settings frustrating. EVERY TIME I'm out bid on something I get a push notification and an email. I will delete like 15 to 30 emails a day and I've tried to turn them off and they don't give you the option. I could turn off the push notifications but those are the only notifications that I want. I also wish a little more effort was put into making sure the as is in good condition items are accurately described. Like bedding sizes.

They allow 3rd party vendors and those vendors are able to bet on their own items (price hiking). The descriptions (brand new,as is, etc) are often meaningless. My "brand new" espresso machine was clearly used and turned out to be broken. The pictures provided are rarely helpful and you aren't permitted to open a box to inspect anything before hand. To make things worse, the customer service is absolutely horrible. If you ever try to address an issue they ignore, fail to answer, fail to help.
