Maybe if you can check on other Banks' app and see what can be done from the app. With Bidvest you can't add or activate your new card, you have to delete the app, re-download in order to add your card. You cant contact nor chat to the customer service from the app. Even when you buy airtime or data, you can't see your previous numbers, you put a number it keeps on changing the number There are so much things missing from this app, so much

Sucks. Cannot compete with other apps. To get an OTP on your BANKING APP takes 4 hours, at which point it's obviously timed out. To get any banking notifications on the app itself is impossible. Cannot function if you ever need to swop out sim for any reason as they are unable to send you anything via email even if you set it to that. For a bank that charges more than any other, this is ridiculous. You're completely online, no physical branches and cannot even handle your online front end.

Low interest rates, slow service, staff can't even spell, use grammar or punctuation marks correctly. Unclear policies and procedures. To close my account is taking almost two weeks now, and still waiting for confirmation of closure after submitting all requested info & docs, then getting asked to send this and that info again, with hidden balances. No thanks!!! Get your act together.
