About this app

Stop guessing whether your supplements do anything. StackLab runs structured A/B tests on your own body, so you get real evidence instead of one more influencer opinion.

HOW IT WORKS
Pick a test (or build your own), then alternate between two conditions across your workouts: with pre-workout vs without, morning creatine vs evening, fed vs fasted. After each session you rate four things in about five seconds: strength, energy, pump, and focus. Once you have enough sessions, StackLab runs the numbers and gives you a verdict, including "no measurable difference" when that is the honest answer.

BUILT ON YOUR OWN DATA
Connect Health Connect and StackLab auto-imports your workouts, sleep, and resting heart rate. It flags sessions where bad sleep or an off day could have skewed the result, so you can tell a real effect from noise.

WHAT YOU GET
- Two-condition experiments with clear per-metric results and a percentage difference
- Confidence scores and a plain next step for every verdict
- A rolling performance score and a weekly digest
- A supplement log with a research-backed evidence rating for each one
- Label scanning to add a supplement from a photo
- Daily reminders and a home-screen widget for what is still due today

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything stays on your device. No account, no cloud sync, no tracking. Your health data never leaves your phone.

FREE VS PREMIUM
Free includes one active experiment, supplement logging, Health Connect import, the five-second check-in, and early trends. Premium unlocks unlimited experiments, the custom builder, the full insight engine, sleep correlations, and the complete history.

Not medical advice. Supplements are not evaluated by the FDA. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication.
