Ratings and reviews

as much as I have enjoyed using big commerce for my website, the app is mediocre at best. it always seems to have errors when I try to upload pictures, and when trying again after the error, it creates a new product and still doesn't upload the pictures. when typing out descriptions it will randomly change where it's typing or suggest words that aren't even close to what I am typing. overall the app is more frustrating than helpful.

So far my switch from Shopify to BC has been great. Support is A1.... The app though... Well, it notifies you when you get orders, and they're pretty straight forward...Other than that, the app is pretty basic. I have to log in EVERY time, theres little to no data reporting and you can't find products using search in the app. It wont show all the products, at least not if you have a lot of products. Makes it impossible to make changes on the fly.

Good to access sales data for the day and look at order info - but word of caution, DO NOT EDIT inventory through the app. It can override other data by default which you might not notice. I'd really like to see a more versatile order list view where I can view a total list of outstanding orders on one screen and scroll through instead of jumping back and forth between screens
