Don't even know where to begin. The app might as well not even exist honesty. 1) Can't access cust. tracking # when I click their order. 2) Can't change my inventory count on variants because it bugs out and disappears. 3) When I try to change inventory count on variants, inventory tracking magically turns off. 4) No setting to stay logged in on desktop or app, so I have to sign in 15x/day (sigh). 5) Can't buy and print labels from app. I'm coming from Shopify, this is a downgrade.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear about your issues. Please open a support case for the bugs you mentioned. We'll evaluate points 1 and 5 as feature requests. We do require login for every app launch due to security reasons, but offer biometric login for convenience.

Any reporting, product bulk editing, or Advanced features have to be logged in to on the website. The app is limited. I don't want to have to log in every time, and notifications work sometimes and other times they come through way after, I have customers calling me asking me why I haven't responded. They need to add a lot more customization and management features directly in the app I don't want to have to log into the website to do several things from my phone

We're sorry you're having problems with the app. We are continually improving the app and adding more complex features, but while we are building those features, we display the mobile control panel. Please continue to update the app so you get these new features as we release them.

1. App crashes often, some times in every 3-5 second... 2. Priority of products in Customer Orders does not match with the same list in PC... 3. Very often does not show picture of products in orders 4. Some times you could not change status of the order 5. App very slow... Some times it is better to run to the office from warehouse and solve problems in pc. In one word: Terrible!
