Ratings and reviews

So far my switch from Shopify to BC has been great. Support is A1.... The app though... Well, it notifies you when you get orders, and they're pretty straight forward...Other than that, the app is pretty basic. I have to log in EVERY time, theres little to no data reporting and you can't find products using search in the app. It wont show all the products, at least not if you have a lot of products. Makes it impossible to make changes on the fly.

Any reporting, product bulk editing, or Advanced features have to be logged in to on the website. The app is limited. I don't want to have to log in every time, and notifications work sometimes and other times they come through way after, I have customers calling me asking me why I haven't responded. They need to add a lot more customization and management features directly in the app I don't want to have to log into the website to do several things from my phone

1.)We should be able to view & edit our inventory or even create listings this is a basic feature offered on the app of every competitor you have. 2.) We need to see the actual number of open orders not just and endless list to scroll through, otherwise I have no idea how many orders I have unless I log into the desktop sight which makes your app obsolete. There is so much more but i'll just say: This app is so bare bones its close to useless.
