About this app

HomeStock is the simplest way to track your food and household product inventory at home. Kitchen, pantry, refrigerator, bathroom… See at a glance where and how many packages of each product are left; receive timely alerts for products nearing their expiration date; and let the app suggest what to buy when you go to the market.

• Area and shelf-based inventory: Place your products in areas and on shelves like the kitchen, pantry, and refrigerator; see what's where at a glance. • Expiration Date/Test Date alert: Products past or nearing their expiration date are highlighted on the Summary screen. You choose the notification time and alert threshold. The "Consume this first" list reduces waste. • Shopping suggestion based on consumption: Suggests products that are running low or depleted based on how quickly you consume them. The reason is written next to each suggestion; you add them to the list with a single touch. • Shopping list and market mode: Track the list with large checkboxes grouped by aisle. It warns you not to repurchase products you already have at home. Once you finish shopping, products are added to your inventory in one step, and you can retrieve them whenever you want. You can share the list with family members as plain text.
• Barcode scanning: Scan the product's barcode; once you've introduced a product, it will automatically reappear. • Expiration date reading from camera: Take a photo of the date on the packaging; it will read the expiration date, get your approval, and save it. • Voice adding: Add products by speaking, such as "Add three packages of pasta." Voice recognition works on the device; if your device doesn't support it, the button will not appear. • Receipt reading (beta): Take a photo of the grocery receipt, match the lines with the products, and confirm. Matches are learned with each confirmation. • Backup and CSV: Back up your data as a single file and save it wherever you want, and restore it. There is a CSV export option that opens in Excel without distorting Turkish characters.

COMPLETELY OFFLINE AND PRIVATE

EvStok has no server. You don't create an account or log in. Your stock data only resides on your phone; it is not sent anywhere, nor is it tracked for advertising or analysis purposes. Photo, voice, and barcode processing are done internally on the device. The backup file is yours; you decide where to save it.

Important: Date and shelf life information is estimate; the information on the packaging is essential.
