BIGGERFIVE Sports & Fitness

BIGGERFIVE is a companion app for your BIGGERFIVE smartwatch. It helps you keep track of everyday activity, workouts, and rest so you can build better fitness habits. All data and insights are designed for general fitness and wellness purposes only and are not intended for medical use.

The app works with multiple smartwatch models, including BIGGERFIVE Brave 2、BIGGERFIVE Brave 3，among others.

Stay connected
Get incoming call alerts and message notifications on your smartwatch, so you can quickly see who’s calling or messaging without picking up your phone.(this feature requires your authorization).

Daily activity overview
Track your estimated steps, distance and calories burned, with clear daily, weekly and monthly summaries to help you understand your activity patterns.

Workout tracking
Record your workouts with duration, pace and activity routes (when available on your device), and review how active you’ve been over time.

Heart rate & SpO₂ trends
View heart rate and blood oxygen saturation estimates from your smartwatch sensors during the day and during workouts to better understand your effort and recovery trends.

Sleep and rest insights

At first I was having buyers regret. My daughter loves the watch and it helps her with remember things. The app itself is easy to use. The problem, if the watch dies or device is too far from the watch for a long period of time, disconnnects from the app and will not reconnect. I've realized it is the connection to Bluetooth. Restart your device. Reconnect app to Bluetooth and then reconnect the watch to the phone new. A GIANT pain, but it works. Info stays stored on app account.

Like others have mentioned, the Biggerfive watches themselves work fine and seem well made for small humans to wear, but the mobile app is a hot steaming pile of unfinishedness. I also have a son with a heart condition for whom I wanted to have an unobtrusive way to monitor his heart rate remotely, but this product is not yet mature enough to be a viable option. The potential is there, but the developer needs to put in more work on this app before it's a decent option. The "Family account" listed as a feature is not implemented effectively: I bought 2 of the Vigor2 watches for my kids but the app will only recognize 1 watch at a time. I can connect a watch, configure the time and alarms etc... but then I can't connect to the second watch to do the same. When I disconnect the first watch, its custom watch face reverts to the default blocky format, but then I'm able to configure the second watch. Also, there should be an option to format the time on the watches differently from the tethered phone - I like to keep my phone on the 24hr clock setting, but I don't want to make my kids use that format.

It's frustrating to have to go into the app every other day to make sure the time stays current on the device. I also wish the map had GPS at all times not only when the device was near my phone. otherwise easy to use and overall good app.
