At first I thought it was a good app for my kids but now I am not so sure. Firstly they have a lot of apps with rhe same name but just a little variation so you can get confused as to which you have bought a subscription to. Then this particular app keeps signing me out! So naturally i get confused which one of their zillion apps I have a subscription to!! N in a moment when I want to tend to things which is the only time I give my kids the iPad, have to sit and figure all this out! Terrible!

App is no longer working. Stays stuck on one screen without anyway to get back to main screen with different game options. I've uninstalled and re-installed Bimi Academy without any success. So now, without being able to navigate screen, I can't even cancel what im paying monthly for. Very aggrevating and now I have an upset 2 year old. I guess I will have to call bank and stop payment and report.

Just payed my money and now it doesn't wanna work im so sick of this bimiboo mess its way to expensive anyway, I want my money back or im not paying another dime to yall, if my son didnt have autism I swear I wouldn't even buy this bs 😤
