I wish I could give this app and the service provided by them a zero rather than giving 1 star. They don't care about you or your order... To be Frank if you contact the vendors directly you will get it done in time and with less the price that is shown in this app. Thinking that this a professional way and not considering the cost they charge on us, hoping for better services again and again. Which in actual never happens. I have placed many orders and everytime they disappoint me.

it's a very bad experience just a waste of time they are not offering a good service instead of this one can directly go to the concern shop and avail a good service and the customer support is also just for time pass they don't any issue solution just to wait only.... and every time they change the service partner and overcharged you or they will not refund your full amount ...it's just a useless app

horrible experience. i gave my jacket for dry-cleaning. it was delivered with a pink spot. when i asked for returning a clean piece, it was reverse picked up and returned with the spot area torn. they couldn't remove the apot so they tore the cloth from that area. what ridiculous ways to clean!!!!! and after they ask me to mail the issue. i get no response from them. despite several follow ups..i am still following up!!!!!!
