The camera on the birdfeeder is very clear and works well. The bird recognition however needs alot of improvement...doesn't get the accurate description 60% of the time. Told me a red winged blackbird was a duck!😳 Told me a female Grosbeak was a pigeon. Please update the AI recognition feature!

Your APP has many bugs. From failing to share recognized birds to community. Failing to delete from Failed to publish. Failure to recognize birds clearly visible. Failure to reply to issues.

Any video you want to view from the bird feeder takes 30 seconds just for it to load. There is no control of night vision for feeder. Sensitivity is off, as my feeder is filming in night mode in broad day light. Or if a black bird gets close to the camera and it switches to night vision. If watching the feeder live will not even film. This app made the $139 bird feeder useless and it's being returned. My $40 bird feeder with the app Ubox works great. Very disappointed in this.
