I want to give 5 stars, I really do but unfortunately at this time im rating 4 stars. The cameras are great. The app, not so much, I'm using a Samsung and my husband uses an iphone and i only notice it on my phone. I dont know how many times I have to reset the default view. There are times where I go to pan the cameras and it just freezes and when it finally unfreezes the camera is turned completely around. Playback on alerts is hit and miss, some will play and other times they dont.

This is by far the WORST APP I have ever used. It essentially renders what is a reasonably decent camera system virtually useless. It is nearly impossible to save, or once saved, change, any of the camera settings. i.e. default position, detection zones, motion sensitivity, people and vehicle recognition. Often it times out when trying to save a setting. But even when it doesn't, and it indicates the setting has been saved, it isn't.

I am extremely happy with these cameras and the solium home app. I recently had to replace my older cameras because they were no longer supported. These cameras are hands down better. The set up was extremely easy. I have at least 2 cameras about 75 feet away from the base station and they load almost instantly. I highly recommend.
