I like the app, when I want to see the birds. The quality of the pictures and video is pretty good. What I hate, and why the low rating, is that it's waaaaay too difficult to get the pictures onto your phone or computer--I don't know if you're trying to drive people to pay for the cloud service or what, but having to go through two different menus to properly download a picture, and not having a way to batch download, is pretty awful.

The device itself it really cool! However, the app is not great at all. I've been having trouble keeping a charge, and I asked for help and I was told to email a random email, and I never got a reply. I've prompted them several times, and nothing. That's not my only problem. Two days ago, the AI stopped identifying birds. Can anyone help me?? I will give more stars if I get assistance.

I got the phone app to work with the camera but not without jumping, or more accurately, stumbling, through hoops. The app provides the best (but not good) guidance. The enclosed instructions are a joke. Trial and error is not the best consumer product strategy. Great idea with the solar power bird feeder. But the feeder is bad. Screws required to remove cover to add seed. Mount system is inflexible. So 3 star for a fun toy but not really ready for prime time.
