The Bird Lover camera/feeder is great. Works really well. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the app. very confusing and difficult to use. Too many clicks. Please take a lesson from the Bird Buddy app which is far easier to use, even though the Bird Buddy feeder isn't quite as good as the Bird Lover feeder,, their app is far superior in layout and ease of use and setup.

great for seeing the birds. had a little trouble with pairing but then it paired. not sure what caused it to work, but it did. bird ID isn't so great. it said my chickadees are ducks. every time a different duck, but a duck none the less. it opens a wiki page when attempting to id. the app UI isn't really all that intuitive but it it's OK. need to keep the cache cleared or it crashes often. no issues with battery for me. I did drill holes in the water cups.

I like the app, when I want to see the birds. The quality of the pictures and video is pretty good. What I hate, and why the low rating, is that it's waaaaay too difficult to get the pictures onto your phone or computer--I don't know if you're trying to drive people to pay for the cloud service or what, but having to go through two different menus to properly download a picture, and not having a way to batch download, is pretty awful.
