Great app, love it for local restaurants. QoL suggestions: * there's a ton of dead stores: empty menu, no open hours, etc. These stores shouldn't show when browsing * in addition to "open now" filter, a filter for specific time * multiple carts for different stores * when you view an item then return to the menu, the menu shouldn't scroll back to the top it should stay where you were * don't clear the cart when changing pickup time

Although the app is a convenient way to place online orders, the loyalty program often does not give you the correct points. On many occasions, if I have more than one item in an order, I'm only given credit for points on the cheapest item in the order and not on the total order. I'd hate to have to order each item in separate transactions to ensure I'm being credited with the correct number of award points, and I'm sure the restaurants wouldn't appreciate it either.

It's easy enough to order through Toast. But if you need to edit or cancel a pre-order, good luck. I was told by the restaurant that they have no ability to change orders made through Toast. I try to contact Toast and every option I choose refers me back to the restaurant. I finally found a way to open a ticket but still haven't heard back a day later. All I needed was to change the pickup time on an order, but apparently there's no way to do this even when requesting it 24 hours in advance.
