Actually, the app is very good. But you cannot change your email and need two phone numbers if you want to set up a second account with a new email. The only alternative apparently is to ask toast to completely delete your account which they report takes a long time. So it's effectively useless if for one reason or another the email you used to set up the account is no longer available to you.

When attempting to place my first order, I got an error about "Missing Customer Information". Lack of mitigation instructions aside, I eventually figured out that my name and phone number had not been retrieved properly when I signed into the app (I have an account that I have successfully used in the browser interface before). However, attempting to input that information resulted in the error: "We were unable to access your profile right now". Eventually, I gave up. Seems like a major bug.

Frustrating and good at the same time. Their ordering service through restaurants' websites works great. But the app is frustratingly difficult to use because it drastically limits the restaurants it will show you. Seems to be done by distance and it's terribly short. For example, the app refuses to show me a pizzeria only 4.1 miles away. Instead, I ordered through the pizzeria's website (via toast) with no problems. Please fix your search functions to let me decide how far I'd go for takeout.
